WHY CRUNCHY?
Crunchy is the most valuable and most efficient form of spirulina. It is unprocessed, dried naturally – in the sun. As a result, it contains the highest concentration of beneficial ingredients, exceptional energy and delicate taste.
HOW DO YOU EAT CRUNCHY?
Consumption: 1-5 g per day (1 teaspoon = 5 g).
You can ingest spirulina by sipping it with water, or add it to your favorite smoothie, sandwiches, fruit or salad.
You can also munch it as a snack between meals. It is best consumed in the morning, by noon. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed per day.
Spirulina should not be cooked, as high temperature strips it of its nutritional value.
Special tip: sip spirulina with water and lemon. Vitamin C will help even better absorb its beneficial ingredients.
