In the Ayurvedic daily routine, we use full-body auto massage and treatments such as nose and ear oil dropping

It is useful to know that practising regular massage promotes the balance of the three doshas and the strengthening of the seven dhats and all bodily functions while quieting the mind.

🔹The auto head massage deeply relaxes and releases tension, has a beneficial effect on memory and cognitive function and strengthens the nervous system. It nourishes hair and gives it a beautiful shine.
🔹 Nasya – a nasal cleansing therapy involving the sprinkling of oil into the nose.
🔹 Gandusha and Kavala are two methods of rinsing the mouth with oil.
🔹 Netra vasti – an eyeball cleansing treatment
