We are pleased to introduce El\u017cbieta \u017buk-Widma\u0144ska, who received the title of Ayurvedic Consultant at the Jiva Faridabad Institute, and was taught by Dr. Part Chauchan himself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El\u017cbieta \u017buk – Widma\u0144ska<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have been dealing with Ayurveda since 2004. I gained knowledge about it directly at the Jiva Ayurveda Institute in India. My teacher was Dr. Partapa. Following the rules of the holistic science, method of learning natural self-education, with Ayurvedic massage courses at the School of Ayurveda and Panchacarma in Kanoor. I created the website, ajurweda.pl. I am the author of a Polish translation of the English book by Dr. Partap Chauhan \u2018\u2019Eternal Health- The Essence of Ayurveda\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I teach Ayurveda. I run trainings and courses on Ayurvedic treatments and Ayurvedic cooking in Warsaw, Pozna\u0144, Szczecin and E\u0142k. I teach Ayurveda at the Integral Yoga teacher training course at the Yoga – Joga.pl school and for those who are interested, I organize trips to Ayurveda courses in India, to the Jiva Ayurveda Institute. On daily basis,<\/strong> I see patients in Ayurveda centre in \u0141omianki. Based on the knowledge of Ayurveda, I teach how to live in harmony with yourself, how to eat to heal the body and mind, and to be able to enjoy every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have co-runAyurvedic numerous workshops and shows- among others those at the LNE cosmetic congresses in Krakow and the Progesteron festival in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Wroc\u0142aw and Warsaw. I have run training courses in Ayurvedic massage at the Massage Festival in Gda\u0144sk. I run Ayurvedic workshops for Alcha – Personal Development Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My passion is Vedic philosophy, which I study under the supervision of an outstanding specialist in this field, Dr. Satanarayna Das from the Jiva Institute of Vedic Studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayurvedic knowledge is timeless, people have taken advantage of its benefits for thousands of years. I believe that by following its principles, we can live in health, peace and love, and that is what each of us wants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
